Sitting up

Peyton has been getting really good with sitting up on her own. She can sit like this for a long time.

Cool moves

Peyton has been learning how to move around more. She cant quite crawl yet but she gets really close. Here are some pictures of her and her cool moves.

Sippy cup

We bought Peyton a sippy cup to play with and to learn how to use one. She really likes it. We put some water in it one day, she started chewing on it and was surprised that something came out :)

Peyton and her Nono

Peyton really loves her nono (grandpa). Anytime Tairels family gets together, these two are always hanging out together.

6 Months

Peyton is 6 months old now. She turned 6 months last week. I cant believe how old she is now. Time really does fly. She has grown up so much and is learning so fast. She rolls all over the place now, tries so hard to crawl, and is learning how to sit. She also loves chewing on everything she can get her hands on. Since she is obsessed with my phone...I let her have my old one so she has her own phone now :)

Sitting

Peyton has learned how to sit on her own. Have to put her in the position and stabilize her but she sits like that for a short while and is getting better at it each time.

All wrapped up

One night after giving Peyton a bath, we decided to wrap her up in her towel. I just thought these pictures were cute.

Bumbo

So, I went out and bought a Bumbo for Peyton and I love it! Its easy to just stick her in it and not worry about her falling off the couch or always having to put her on the floor. It also makes her sit up which will help her learn and get rid of her bald spot...eventually.

First time at the zoo

Tairel and I took Peyton to the zoo for the very first time last saturday. She loved it. She only paid attention to an animal if it was moving though. She had more fun just seeing all the other kids running around. It was a bit chilly though so we didnt stay for very long but we got a season pass so we will have plenty of other times to go back.


She really loved the Turtles and Monkeys.

Eventually got sick...

Peyton eventually got sick. She had some kind of flu thing Feb. 20th. She hadnt ever been sick before this. It was so sad to see her like that. :( She handled it pretty good and was able to get better pretty quick. I wish to never see her like that again. I just wanted to cry.

Rolling all over

Peytons new favorite thing is to roll around all over the floor. She even scoots in a rotating motion. She cant quite crawl yet but she tries really hard. Im sure she will be crawling really soon.

Keyboard

Peyton loves to play with the keyboard now. I cant hold her while Im working anymore or she just messes everything up lol. She is loving learning new things and playing with anything and everything she can get her hands on.

I know this picture is kind of bright but I think its cute anyways :)

Swimming

I took Peyton swimming for the first time about a month ago. She loved it. She mostly just sat in the water and watched everyone else but she still had a blast! :)
