First Tooth

I just noticed today that Peyton is getting her first tooth. I can feel it if I rub my finger along the bottom of her gum. She is getting her front right tooth on the bottom. She wont open her mouth enough to see it but I will put up pictures of it as soon as its viewable. I didnt even know she was teething :)

Bath Time!

Last night Tairel and I decided we should upgrade Peyton from her infant bathtub to the big tub. Here are some pictures :)

Special

Yesterday, my mother-in-law watched Peyton for us. Tairel and I finally got to go out on a date. It was nice spending time together and getting a break from Peyton. After our date, we headed to my in-laws house to pick her up. When we got there, she had the biggest smile and got all excited when she saw us. She has never done that before. It made me feel so special. I never knew that I could mean that much to someone. It just melted my heart.

Working with Mommy

As Peyton gets older she likes to be more entertained. Most of the time while I am working I have her playing on the floor or she is napping. Lately, since she has been sick, she wants to be right next to me...so playing on the floor usually doesnt last long. So, today I put her in her booster chair, stuck her right next to me and put a movie on the computer for her to watch. Worked out great! :)

Super Baby

Peyton and her famous "super baby." Im not quite sure why she likes to do that but she does. She always has her hands out in the air.

Straw

Today we went to Godfathers pizza for their dinner buffet. We had Peyton sitting in her Bumbo on the table so that we could eat without having to hold her. She grabbed my drink and wanted to play with it. We helped her hold the drink and she started chewing on the straw. We thought it was really cute so we decided to record her chewing on the straw of a soft drink...then unexpectedly she sucked on the straw and some drink came up and surprised her! :)
